 Anikó duvet is made of 90%, first class goose down, and it's wrapped in a 100% cotton cover.

Goose down is the lightest, most effective insulation material, and it also has an extremly long lifespan.
The down filling of the product retain heat uniquely well, so the duvet provides nice warmth even on cold winter nights.
It is light, soft and tender.
The cassette construction of the duvet prevents the formation of "cold zones", and the cassettes don't let the filling slide, like in old fashioned feather duvet.

Why Hungarian Goose Down?

The feather down quality of birds bred in Hungary is unique and unrivaled due to the climate, breeds and traditional housing conditions. To produce the extra quality, we have the option of free-range grazing and the expertise of professionals.

The environment and wildflower meadow and herbs allow geese grown larger and stronger than most other domestic geese in the world.
We do not use toxic chemicals to clean the down we use. That is why our products are often recommended for peoples with allergies and skin conditions.

Hungary is one of the few places remaining in Europe where geese are still widely raised in the countryside. In Hungary, our geese are raising in special climate. In winter, they protect themselves from the extreme cold with large cluster down and in the summer with pure brigh white feathers from the extreme hot weather. Geese farming has a long tradition in Hungary, and the industries associated with goose and down products are sophisticated and regulated.

The duvet is washable at 60 ^oC.

When washing feather and down products, it is highly important to dry it out as quickly as possible, within 2-3 hours. If not, the organic filling will be damaged, so you should only wash it if, you have a proper drying machine. If you don't have it, you should choose a professional laundry salon. It is not important to choose low temperature or tender programme, the most important is quick drying. You should only use neutral detergents. It is not necessary to use fabric softener.
