The framed fixed bed base is especially recommended for spring mattresses and the 20 cm or higher cold foam or memory mattresses. A longitudinal connecting element runs along the edges of the crossbars, so that the ribbing can be easily lifted out and inserted into the bed frame, forming a unified frame. Without a bed frame, even when placed on the floor of the room, it can provide adequate air permeability to the mattress.
